We offer three plans based on your school's size. The Starter Plan is for schools with fewer than 400 students and includes a one time setup fee of ETB 150,000, plus ETB 250 per active student and ETB 350 per active staff member per month. The Growth Plan is for schools with 400 to 1,000 students and includes a one time setup fee of ETB 200,000, plus ETB 200 per active student and ETB 300 per active staff member per month. The Enterprise Plan is for schools with more than 1,000 students and includes a one time setup fee of ETB 250,000, plus ETB 150 per active student and ETB 250 per active staff member per month. The setup fee covers system configuration, data migration, staff training, deployment, and launch support.
We do not charge any transaction fees or commissions. All payments made by parents through Telebirr, CBE Birr, AwashBirr, and other supported payment methods are transferred directly to your school's bank account, so your school receives 100% of the payment. Your only costs are the one time setup fee and the monthly subscription based on the number of active students and staff using the system.
To ensure the highest quality of service, we onboard only 10 schools each year, allowing our team to provide dedicated implementation, hosting, SMS services, regular updates, and ongoing technical support.
